What I do
I can help with any Apple product and service (computers, iOS devices, Apple TV, iCloud, applications etc.), or otherwise assist with any IT-related issue or request. I provide expert and reliable advice, assist with and sort IT problems promptly and efficiently.
Since the early 80s I’ve been interested in and involved with computers and information technology. I started working professionally with Apple products in 1992 and over the years have helped many customers with their IT requirements, ranging from repairs, maintenance, new hardware and software installations, network maintenance, etc.
Approach
If a computer-related problem can be solved, I will endeavour to find the solution to it and will not desist until satisfied that I’ve done all that can be possibly done. I believe that computers are just tools, designed to make our lives easier, to keep us informed, connected and entertained.

Other services not falling within the above categories are charged either the standard hourly rate or a set-fee rate that can be estimated based on the service required.
Note, password reminder or retrieval service is charged at $65.00 per incident.
Work outside office hours and on weekends (when agreed upon) attracts a 50% surcharge.
N.B.: First Job COD only. Payment will be required at end of visit.
